“Our sponsors see the true value of historic preservation and how it encourages neighborhood revitalization, economic development, heritage tourism and conservation,” said 2013 Gourmet Gala Chair Virginia Kirchner.  “Their support makes it possible for us to produce one of the social highlights of the spring for Lancaster Countians and the Historic Preservation Trust’s major fundraiser.”

The area’s best restaurants, chefs, bakeries, wineries, breweries, coffee rosters and specialty food and beverage shops will be offering their finest from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Line Spring Farm.  Tickets are $85 for non-member of the Historic Preservation Trust and $75 for members.

Kirchner said sponsorships are still available in the $250 to $2500 range, and each comes with benefits. Quality antiques also are being accepted for the live auction that will take place during the gala. Located at 2452 Marietta Avenue, Lime Spring Farm has been a premier wedding destination and corporate events site. Its buildings date back to the 1700’s.
