LANDMARK PROPERTY REHABILITATION AWARD -- Presented to the owner of any landmark historic structure that demonstrates a long-term commitment to conservation and building maintenance best practices to maintain historic significance.
- The Masonic Villages at Elizabethtown for their Grand Lodge renovations
- Pamela Lyons-Neville for the conservation of the Conguegos house and grounds
SUSTAINABILITY AWARD -- Presented to the owner of any historic structure or site that demonstrates a long-term commitment to conservation and building maintenance best practices to maintain historic significance.
- Gordon Nell & Family for their restoration work in the village of Maytown
PRESERVATION AWARD -- Presented for projects that comply with local, state or national standards for preservation, rehabilitation or restoration of a historic structure or site.
- The Central Market Trust for the restoration of Central Market’s roof
SMEDLEY AWARD – Presented to a journalist or educator who has shown extraordinary support for historic preservation in Lancaster County.
- Thomas Foster Hermansader for enlightenment of Lancaster’s historic sites and architecture through his art and education.
ADAPTIVE RE-USE AWARD -- Presented for projects that re-use a historic structure, site or portion of a building for purposes other than it was originally built.
- Chris and Michelle Simon for their conversion of an old Amish barn into their family’s home
- Kate and Andrew Martin for Shot & Bottle located in the W.W. Greist Building
COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION AWARD -- Presented for projects that enhance a historic district or community that includes historic buildings and improves the quality of life in the neighborhood.
- Oak Tree Development Group for their work on the Wilbur Chocolate Factory Project
MASTER CRAFTSMAN AWARD -- Presented for meritorious efforts to save a historic structure through master level building skills and knowledge.
