Yes. BetterWorld will prompt you to create an account when you place your first bid. Your account lets you view your bids, watchlist, and receipts.

You can enter the most you're willing to pay for an item. BetterWorld will then bid for you in the preset increments whenever someone bids against you, up to your maximum. Your maximum bid is kept private.

Yes. BetterWorld emails you when you are outbid, and you can opt in to text notifications when you place your bid.

Bidding closes Sunday, October 18 at 11:00 PM Eastern. No bids can be placed after the auction closes.

Winning bidders receive a confirmation email from BetterWorld after the auction closes.

You are not charged when you place a bid. If you win, the card on file is charged after the auction closes, and you'll receive a receipt by email.

Card payments carry a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. When you bid, you'll be asked whether you'd like to cover that fee so the Trust receives the full amount of your winning bid.

Please bid carefully. Once a bid is placed, it should be considered final. If you make an error, contact the Trust as soon as possible.

Your confirmation and receipt emails include a link to BetterWorld's fulfillment center, where you can arrange pickup or shipping, depending on the item. Shipping charges may apply.

BetterWorld will email you instructions for updating your card or retrying the payment.
