2011 Historic Preservation Trust Award Recipients

Volunteer awards:

  • Nancy Bell and Ron Funk

    Ron Funk and Nancy Bell

    Husband and wife team Ron Funk and Nancy Bell of Narvon received the Elvin N. Heisey Award for their dedication to Preservation Trust at a time when the trust was going through a significant and challenging transition. Bell served as president of the Preservation Trust Board of Directors from 2009 through 2010, and Funk stepped in to serve as the organization’s volunteer interim director in 2010 and 2011.

 

  • Marcia Trach

    Marcia Trach

    Marcia Trach of Lancaster received the Nancy J.Haubert Award for loyalty and devotion to the Preservation Trust. She has chaired the Preservation Trust’s awards program and history tour. In preparing for the tour, Trach led an extensive research project to develop background on each of the 18 buildings featured on the countywide tour.
